Ready for the microbiome challenge at the FeatureCloud Hackathon? Goal: Develop a federated AI to predict colorectal cancer (CRC) subtypes from gut microbiome data. Apply now for our hackathon in Hamburg from 20–24 June 2022, hosted by the Institute for Computational Systems Biology and spearheaded by Prof. Dr. Jan Baumbach (https://www.cosy.bio/).
